*Please note for Hospitality both units are required to gain the NSW Food Authority's Food Safety Supervisors Certificate
We are currently running a series of Supervisors workshops to provide Supervisors in Food Handling a chance to complete the units, or if you prefer to pick your own time, completing the program on-line might suit you best.
It is expected that to do this course you will have some experience or knowledge of working in a food service environment and some experience with applying food safety practices.
WORKSHOP METHOD
In attending the workshop we will take you through the 2 units (Hospitality Operations) or 1 Unit (Retail), you will watch a dvd and participate in assessment activities. Bookings close 1 week prior to the workshop date.
